I analyzed three major smartphone brands β Vivo, Samsung, and Xiaomi β focusing on their product offerings, business models, target customers, unique selling propositions, pricing strategies, trust-building methods, and selling channels. I also created customer personas for each brand to represent real consumer segments and preferences.
