I created a project analyzing three major smartphone brands — Vivo, Samsung, and Xiaomi. The study focused on their product offerings, business models, target customers, unique selling propositions, pricing strategies, trust-building methods, and selling channels. In addition, I designed customer personas for each brand to reflect real consumer segments and their preferences. To strengthen the research, I explored Instagram to observe digital conversations and user trends. This approach allowed me to reverse engineer how customers engage with smartphone brands and what influences their choices.
