I analyzed three major OTT platforms β JioHotstar, ZEE5, and SonyLIV β focusing on their product offerings, business models, target customers, unique selling propositions, pricing strategies, trust-building methods, and selling channels. I also created customer personas for each platform to highlight how different audiences engage with digital entertainment.
