To initiate a refund request, please send an email to team@fueler.io along with details of the transaction to begin the refund process. Refunds are normally processed within 3-5 weeks from the date of request along with all relevant information you will need.
Once your return request is received, inspected and investigated, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. investigation is done to prevent any kind of fraudalent activities.
