I analyzed three major airlines — Air India, IndiGo, and Akasa Air — focusing on their product offerings, business models, target customers, unique selling propositions, pricing strategies, trust-building methods, and selling channels. I also created customer personas for each airline to bring a human-centered perspective to the analysis.
