I created a project analyzing three major airlines — Air India, IndiGo, and Akasa Air. The study focused on their product offerings, business models, target customers, unique selling propositions, pricing strategies, trust-building methods, and selling channels. Along with this, I developed customer personas for each brand to bring a more human-centered perspective. To gain deeper insights, I also used Instagram for reverse engineering, which helped me understand customer behavior and brand interactions more closely.
