Project: Maharashtra Masale Social Media Management calendar

As part of my MyCaptain syllabus, I created a 24 hour dummy project for Maharashtra Masale, a traditional spice brand known for its authentic flavors and local roots. The goal was to build a social media content calendar that captures the soul of Maharashtrian taste while appealing to modern food lovers.

I began with deep ideation around what makes Maharashtrian cuisine special, its earthy spices, rich aromas, and cultural nostalgia. Each content idea was designed to celebrate that native essence through storytelling, relatable visuals, and engaging copy. From posts about Sunday Misal cravings to festive recipes passed down by Aaji, every idea aimed to blend emotion with flavor.

The content plan balanced education and engagement, mixing recipe tips, festive posts, and behind the spice stories to build both community and craving. The tone was warm, rooted, and proudly local, speaking to people who believe food is more than a meal, it is a memory.

This project reflected how strategy meets culture when done thoughtfully. As they say, a pinch of authenticity can spice up everything, and this campaign proved exactly that.
