Senior Hosting began as an internal add-on - a free benefit we wanted to offer our clients. But as we refined the idea, we realized it had far greater potential. With the right positioning, it could stand as a dedicated product, generating its own revenue stream while bringing more visibility to our core bespoke services. This project became an execution case study in brand repositioning, Showing how we identified Senior Hosting’s place in an oversaturated market and evolved it from a bare-bones utility into a brand we were genuinely proud of.
