1. Identifying and connecting with active users of Prime Video was challenging.Amazon Prime subscribers are less in India.
Result/Outcome
Users have 3 major pain points with Prime Video app.
1. Missing friends while watching a movie. Isolating experience.
2. Not enough content categorization.
3. Difficult to find content as per the mood.
I have talked about possible solutions and new features to address all these pain points. I have also suggested a new idea based on neural networks that will enhance customers experience.
