1. Identifying and connecting with active users of google podcast apps was challenging. Daily active users are less.
Customers have 4 major pain points with Google Podcast app.
1. Isolating & boring experience.
2. Feel disconnected with the content.
3. Inability of sharing favourite part of the podcast
4. Can’t note down summary.
I have talked about possible solutions and new features to address all these 4 pain points. I have also suggested a new idea based on neural networks that will enhance customers experience.
