Architecting India's Biggest Food Series: 28 Weeks 28 States

"28 Weeks 28 States" is a massive travel and food series exploring India's culinary landscape. The core problem was transforming thousands of hours of raw street footage into a highly engaging 28 week show. I had to build a unified visual identity and maintain audience retention across five distinct episodic formats, including the ₹1000 Challenge and Best Biryani segments.

I solved this by utilizing advanced retention editing and custom motion graphics. I built a complete visual system featuring a bespoke logo, map based storytelling, kinetic typography, and localized color palettes. Every transition and audio cue was meticulously timed to maximize viewer engagement.

The biggest hurdle was scaling the workload to meet weekly deadlines without compromising quality. This challenge forced me to evolve from a standard editor into a content architect. I developed strict Standard Operating Procedures and modular graphic templates to streamline the entire workflow.

The definitive proof of work is the fully published 28 episode series on the DCT EATS channel. It clearly demonstrates my ability to build, manage, and execute large scale content systems from the ground up.
