From concept to post-event, I led the end-to-end planning and execution of this event, turning an idea into a fully executed experience.
My role covered event strategy & concept development, sponsor acquisition, speaker outreach and coordination, venue planning, vendor management, pre-production, event flow and programming, on-ground execution, and post-event closure & engagement.
I worked across multiple stakeholders to bring the event together- from securing the right partners and speakers to managing vendors, timelines, logistics, guest experience and the smallest on-ground details.
