Karishma is a full-time Bollywood celebrity stylist and part-time content creator. I was tasked with elevating her Instagram game. I managed her social media from August 21 2023 to February 13 2024.

My responsibilities included:

- Sharing 2-4 reel content references with her on WhatsApp regularly.
- Keeping the content notion sheet up-to-date.
- Identifying brands for potential paid or barter collaborations.
- Ensuring her grid remained aesthetically pleasing.
- Writing simple and non-cheesy captions.
- Occasionally editing reels, though most were edited by a team member.

While I continuously provided original content ideas and video concepts, working with her was challenging and often uninspiring. Her infrequent participation in content creation led to significant delays in posting and responding to collaboration offers.
