Problem Solving- Using Productivity GPT

This assignment focused on framing a real business challenge using the SOLVE Framework within Productivity GPT. As part of an EdTech Learning & Development scenario, I was tasked with analysing a 40% learner drop-off rate after Module 1 in the company’s flagship course. I generated a structured problem statement that highlighted the Situation, identified Obstacles, acknowledged Limitations, defined the Vision for improvement, and clarified Expectations from AI.

The task involved first-draft generation, refinement based on feedback, and root-cause exploration using 5 Whys analysis. This assignment strengthened my ability to convert real problems into clear, decision-ready statements - a key skill applied in my Prompt Engineering learning journey.
