This project was completed as part of my Digital Marketing training at MyCaptain, where I worked on a real-world YouTube marketing assignment for Slice.
The objective was to drive app downloads in Eastern India using a data-driven YouTube strategy. I conducted competitor research, defined viewer personas, created content buckets, planned a 7-day YouTube content calendar, and designed a New Year campaign aligned with YouTube’s algorithm, engagement metrics, and growth hacks.
The project focuses on content ideation, performance analysis, Shorts strategy, topical campaigns, and conversion-focused storytelling, showcasing my ability to build YouTube strategies that balance brand awareness, engagement, and measurable growth.
