Instagram Content Calendar & Ideation – Swiggy

As part of the MyCaptain course, I worked on creating a structured Instagram content calendar and ideation framework for the brand Swiggy. The objective of this project was to design a strategic, audience-first content plan that aligns with Swiggy’s brand voice, marketing goals, and user behavior on Instagram.

The project was divided into four key sheets:

1. Define the Goal:
Clearly outlined the content objectives, including brand engagement, recall, and driving app usage, while aligning them with Swiggy’s overall marketing intent on social media.

2. Customer Persona:
Developed detailed customer personas based on user demographics, preferences, pain points, and consumption habits to ensure content relevance and relatability.

3. Content Buckets, Formats & Ideas:
Created well-defined content buckets supported by suitable formats (Reels, carousels, stories, static posts) along with creative content ideas tailored to each bucket.

4. Plan & Manage Social Media Content:
Designed a practical content calendar to ensure consistency, balanced content distribution, and effective planning for month-wise execution.

This project helped me understand how to translate brand objectives into actionable content strategies, structure ideation at scale, and plan Instagram content with both creativity and strategy in mind.
