As the lead UX/UI designer for the Samarth eGov SaaS web app redesign, my contributions were integral to the project's success. I began by conducting in-depth user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests with educators, administrators, and students to identify their pain points and needs. Using these insights, I reimagined the information architecture to create a more logical and user-friendly navigation system. I designed intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that simplified complex workflows, making it easier for users to access the features they needed. By incorporating accessibility standards and ensuring a responsive design, I made sure the platform was inclusive and functional across all devices. My efforts not only enhanced the overall user experience but also significantly reduced training times and increased productivity, establishing Samarth eGov as a leading educational technology solution.
