Project: My Qatar My Pride (MQMP) Web Portal

Project Overview
My Qatar My Pride (MQMP) is a web portal aimed at showcasing local products and services. Also, It has one page containing 1 lakh image pixels, which we are going to sell to companies who want to place their logo by buying some pixel space there. I was involved in coordinating with the development team and leading design and UX discussions, ensuring the platform aligned with user expectations and project goals.

Key Contributions

• Assisted in the finalization of the freelance development team after conducting interviews.
• Designed the homepage in Canva, providing structure guidelines to the developers.
• Contributed to key discussions on UI/UX to improve the platform's visual appeal and usability.
• Collaborated with the development team (Hardik’s team – Ahmedabad) to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
