Project: Local Marketplace App

Project Overview
The local B2B marketplace app is designed to facilitate smooth transactions between buyers and sellers within a specific region. My role focused on ensuring project alignment, coordinating with the development team, and making key decisions about the app’s user experience and structure.

Key Contributions

• Collaborated with the development team (Zest Brains, Ahmedabad) on UX discussions and project structure alignment.
• Created user personas to ensure the product meets the target market's needs.
• Prepared necessary forms, terms and conditions, and FAQs, following platform analysis.
• Conducted product testing and documented all app test-case data in Excel.
• Managed the admin dashboard, overseeing its functionalities for smooth app operations.
