Project Overview
The cross-border web portal was created to enable international B2B transactions, expanding BigTrader’s reach. My role focused on competitor analysis, product structure discussions, and coordination with the development team to ensure the portal met the necessary business and user requirements.
Key Contributions
- Conducted in-depth competitor platform analysis to inform product features and strategic decisions.
- Actively participated in product structure discussions, contributing to UI and UX design.
- Managed the admin dashboard to streamline cross-border transactions and platform operations.
- Coordinated with the development team (Qream team – Bangalore), utilizing Agile methodologies to track progress and ensure project milestones were met.
