This project involved executing a performance-driven Meta Ads campaign to recruit qualified teachers for a preschool using a click-to-call objective. The primary goal was to generate high-intent inquiries and fulfill the hiring requirement within a limited timeframe.

I structured the campaign to target local educators and job seekers through hyperlocal audience targeting and clear hiring-focused messaging. The call objective was selected to reduce friction in the application process and encourage direct communication with interested candidates.

11 direct calls generated

₹52.79 cost per call

73 link clicks

15% click-to-call conversion rate

₹580.69 total ad spend

2 teachers successfully hired

₹290 cost per hire

The campaign achieved 100% of the hiring requirement, demonstrating strong cost efficiency compared to traditional recruitment methods. The high conversion rate from clicks to calls reflected strong applicant intent and effective audience targeting.

This project highlights my ability to use performance marketing strategies not just for leads, but for measurable business outcomes such as successful hires.
