Sinkit App – JIRA Scrum Planning
Turning user needs into sprint-ready stories for the Sinkit app.
Planned and managed the end-to-end development of Sinkit, a grocery delivery app similar to Blinkit but with enhanced features for user personalization and real-time delivery optimization. Using JIRA, I created user stories, epics, sprint plans, backlog prioritization, and task estimations using story points. The project followed the Scrum framework with structured sprint cycles, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The JIRA workflows helped track progress, identify blockers, and maintain continuous delivery throughout the development process.
