I built an institutional-grade 5-year financial model for Apple Inc. (AAPL) from scratch, maping out its growth from FY2026 to FY2030 to find its true intrinsic value. Over the course of about 15 to 20 hours, I dug into Apple’s historical 10-K filings, broke down and projected its five main revenue streams (like iPhone and Services), and calculated a precise 9.34% WACC. I then tied everything into a Free Cash Flow to Firm (FCFF) framework, yielding an intrinsic share price of $176.76, which I pressure-tested using an automated 2D sensitivity matrix in Excel. I designed this as a self-initiated project to master real-world valuation, but for a freelance client, I would value a fully integrated, self-balancing model of this depth at $150.
