During my 3 years at Amdocs as a Software Developer, I played a pivotal role in two major projects: T-Mobile (North America) and TRU (Thailand). I was responsible for handling and designing the T-Mobile dashboard, optimizing its performance and user experience. I engaged proactively with diverse stakeholders to upgrade designs and implement new features, completed over 100 user stories, and managed the deployment of 50+ features. Additionally, I identified and resolved 450+ development bugs before they reached production, ensuring a glitch-free environment. I developed a consolidated customer list API for AWL customers on the T-Mobile dashboard and led the development of a Swagger file for backend codebase upgrades. My work on microservices architecture significantly improved scalability and flexibility. In TRU Thailand, I designed a log management system. My contributions to agile methodologies, particularly within a Scrum framework, were instrumental in streamlining development and transitioning seamlessly from development to production.
