In the AiSensy project, I was responsible for enhancing the live chat dashboard by optimizing its performance and user experience. I introduced priority indicators and advanced chat filters to streamline the agent workflow, enabling quicker response times and more efficient handling of customer queries. By implementing customer segmentation based on purchase history and engagement levels, I improved the relevance and effectiveness of agent-customer interactions. Additionally, I integrated chat management tools such as flash responses, seamless chat transfer, and proactive engagement based on predictive analytics, which significantly enhanced the overall functionality and usability of the dashboard. This resulted in increased agent productivity, higher customer satisfaction, and improved key metrics such as average chat resolution time and customer engagement.
