For my minor project at MyCaptain’s Digital Marketing Pro Course, I conducted an in-depth Instagram audit and created a detailed social media action plan for the Lenskart brand. Over a period of 4 to 5 hours, I analyzed the brand’s content strategy, engagement metrics, top keywords, competitor strategies strengths, and areas for improvement. Based on these insights, I developed a week-by-week action plan with content themes, collaboration ideas, and audience engagement strategies to enhance brand visibility, trust, and community interaction on Instagram. This project helped me apply research tools like ChatGPT, and QuillBot while gaining practical experience in content planning and digital marketing execution.
