The problem space
Contact centers sit at the intersection of customer experience, revenue, and risk. They wanted to explain the problems around this and the connecting payment security controls linked to an enterprise's operational outcomes.
Primarily, I was tasked with helping increase website engagement, conversions, and MQLs.
