About the client
CrediLinq is a fintech platform that provides flexible working capital solutions for eCommerce and small businesses, with a strong focus on Amazon sellers, global trade, and inventory-driven businesses.
The problem space
Financial content fails quickly when it is:
- Vague about costs and terms
- Sloppy with calculations
- Overly promotional in high-risk decisions
- Unclear about trade-offs between funding options
We had to get over these issues and publish content that eCommerce sellers could act on.
What I worked on
I worked with CrediLinq across long-form content, comparisons, and conversion-driven assets.
This included:
- Research-backed articles on eCommerce financing
- Detailed comparisons of lending products and alternatives
- Precise mathematical explanations of loan structures and costs
- Inventory, supply chain, and cash-flow planning content
- Infographic design support to simplify complex financial ideas
- Written and visual design directions for social media copies across multiple channels to drive qualified conversions
