About the client

Meegle is a B2B SaaS platform designed to help teams execute work using structured project management and OKR frameworks. The product serves fast-growing teams that need clarity across goals and cross-functional delivery.

The problem space

Meegle was scaling content across high-competition SaaS categories where:

- Search intent is crowded with incumbents and generic advice

- Buyers expect depth, accuracy, and practical comparisons

- Content must serve both human readers and emerging AI search systems

- Velocity matters, but quality MUST NOT slip

The challenge was to build authority at scale without sacrificing editorial control, technical accuracy, or product alignment.

What I worked on

I owned and executed Meegle’s content strategy, production, and quality pipeline.

Scope of work included:

Writing and managing 50+ long-form, research-heavy, SEO-optimized articles

Producing:

- Listicles and comparison blogs

- Industry and methodology guides

- Product-aligned educational content

Creating scalable short-form content optimized for:

- LLM indexing

- AI search engine surfaces

- Featured snippets and knowledge panels

Writing YouTube scripts for product-focused video content

Updating and refining website landing pages

Acting as Content SPOC for the client

Beyond writing, I:

- Managed a distributed team of writers

- Co-owned the editorial calendar, volume planning, and deadlines

- Reviewed, edited, and QC’d all outgoing content

- Led feedback sessions with writers to improve depth, structure, and product fit

- Designed hybrid workflows where AI-assisted drafts were refined with human technical judgment
