- Led the D2C strategy roadmap covering brand positioning, competitor benchmarking, keyword strategy, and online visibility enhancement.
- Designed B2B expansion strategies, including potential partnership models and entry points.
- Built a holistic brand visibility and discovery framework, aligning content strategy with SEO and platform-specific audience behavior.
