Project Title: A Journey of Sustained Growth and Innovation – Strategic & Financial Analysis of BHEL
Context: Presented as part of the Corporate Strategy Internship at BHEL
This presentation was the outcome of a comprehensive research project aimed at evaluating BHEL’s long-term financial performance and strategic positioning within the Indian power sector. I conducted an in-depth comparative analysis of BHEL and its key competitors (CGCEL, L&T) by sourcing data from annual reports, investor presentations, press releases, financial databases, and industry reports. The study spanned two decades (2004–2024), covering revenue fluctuations, EPS growth, market share trends, and peer benchmarking.
To support strategic insights, I also transcribed and analyzed BHEL’s Annual Investor Conference and curated the company’s fortnightly stock performance report for senior leadership. The final presentation consolidated both quantitative metrics and qualitative evaluations to outline actionable strategies for profitability enhancement and market positioning.
