Case Study for FamPay Rewards Section

 

FamPay is a financial services app for Gen Z users in India. The app offers a variety of features, including a virtual debit card, a rewards program, and a peer-to-peer payment system.

Learnings :

In order to improve the engagement, retention, and value of FamPay's rewards program, I conducted a case study. I analyzed the following data points:

  • The number of active users in the rewards program
  • The number of rewards redeemed
  • The average amount of money spent to earn a reward
  • The user satisfaction with the rewards program

What I did : 

Based on my analysis of the data, I made the following recommendations for improving FamPay's rewards program:

  • Make the rewards page more visually appealing and easier to navigate.
  • Provide users with more information about the rewards they can earn.
  • Make it easier for users to redeem rewards.
  • Add a way for users to track their progress towards earning rewards.
  • Offer more personalized rewards based on the user's interests.
  • Allow users to share rewards with friends.
  • Simplify the current redemption process.
  • Integrate the rewards program more with the rest of the FamPay app.
