Responsible for applying project management principles to help keep work on track in accordance with Deloitte engagement economics
Prepare budgets, forecasts and reviewed baselines for the project and tracked financial metrics such as revenue, cost variance analysis, and profitability
Maintain compliance with clients’ policies, perform internal financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and managed billing and receivables process for various projects amounting up to $9M
Take part in the lifecycle of complex engagements including setting up, revenue recognition, monthly accounting close, and facilitating engagement closeout
Monitored various project performances of over 6 portfolios and helped in determining improvement areas by developing key performance indicators and frequently communicated with the project team, finance department, and other principal stakeholders to keep projects on track and within the scope of cost
Utilize standard processes for quality management and risk management
Interact bi-weekly with managers and clients to present various analyses, discuss recommendations, and provide project financial advice
