Business Development and Operations Manager

I was the first employee hired by Envoy Aerospace and I started as a bookkeeper to help support the financial side of the business. I worked three rotating jobs during college so my initial role was part-time. Upon graduating with my degree, the company offered me full time employment and tasked me with growing all facets of the business. Growing a small company means wearing many hats, so I regularly coordinate with the PMO office, engineers, web developers, program managers, and a growing list of over 60 independent contractors. I manage day-to-day operations, but my main function is networking and marketing. The networking role takes me all over the world for the purpose of attending tradeshows and acquiring new customers. The travel perk has allowed me to develop multiple passions including travel photography and learning about different business cultures.
