Sponsorship Brochure Design - Maffick’23

Designed the official sponsorship brochure for Maffick’23, the annual techno-cultural fest of NIT Bhopal, attended by thousands of students and participants from across India. The design aimed to strike a balance between youthful vibrancy and professional appeal, effectively catering to both sponsors and student audiences.

Key Design Highlights:

Adopted a dynamic visual theme inspired by the energy and diversity of the festival, with a consistent use of geometric shapes—notably triangles, hexagons and circles—to subtly guide the eye and reinforce layout harmony.

Integrated a collage-style photo composition using hexagonal grids, allowing multiple images to coexist within a unified structure, adding visual interest without clutter.

Featured photo-letter masking on the event pages, transforming event names into visually stunning typographic graphics that captured attention while showcasing behind-the-scenes glimpses and past memories.

Carefully blended graphics with content—icons, lines, gradients, and textures were used to highlight information, structure sections, and maintain visual flow.

Maintained a clear content hierarchy, balancing text, graphics, and whitespace to ensure legibility and clarity across all pages.

Optimized for both digital and print distribution, ensuring consistent color fidelity, margins, and resolution.

This project deepened my experience in multi-page layout design, brand communication, and storytelling through visuals—while showcasing the impact of strategic aesthetics in event marketing.
