Working alongside Rachana Kaura meant being more than just a social media manager - this meant donning various hats, including mood manager.

From capturing videos on my phone to editing them using InShot and Instagram's reel editor, I embraced the diverse tasks that came my way. 

While Rachana's immense creativity and musical talents were undeniable, her singular focus on garnering online followers often led to the purchase of fake followers multiple times. This posed a significant challenge as my team and I worked tirelessly to safeguard the integrity of her social media algorithms. Striking a balance between Rachana's impatience and adherence to mine and the agency's social media strategies proved an ongoing struggle. Nevertheless, despite the obstacles, strategizing and conceptualizing for her proved to be a rewarding experience.
