📄 Description:
As part of a two-month engagement with the Indian School of Business (ISB), I was selected as an external consultant to conduct and document a research case study on NIRMAN, a youth-driven social entrepreneurship initiative by SEARCH (Society for Education, Action, and Research in Community Health), founded by Dr. Abhay and Dr. Rani Bang, in partnership with Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL).
🔍 My Contributions:
Conducted stakeholder interviews with program coordinators, alumni, and founders
Analyzed the structure, evolution, and outcomes of the NIRMAN initiative
Crafted an exhaustive narrative report detailing the program's philosophy, scale, and social impact
Mapped how NIRMAN fosters youth leadership in solving real-world societal problems
🛠 Tools Used:
Google Docs, Notion, Miro (for frameworks), Primary Interviews
📌 Outcome:
A well-received report that became a core component of the ISB project repository on social impact initiatives in India. The case study is now used for discussions on innovation, public policy, and grassroots leadership models.
