Revamped Netflix’s onboarding and search experience through witty, user-centered microcopy. From loading screens to error messages and genre labels, the goal was to make every click delightful and every transition seamless, because even waiting to binge should be an entertaining experience.
Conceptualized a week-long push notification campaign, each tailored to a different genre, from horror to rom-com. The copy was envisioned and executed to stop the scroll, pique interest, and encourage bingeing, all while staying true to Netflix’s bold, emoji-laced tone.
Designed a satirical, election-themed content campaign imagining iconic Netflix characters running for office. This tongue-in-cheek project explored character positioning, mock slogans, and audience polls, infused with humor and pop culture commentary, in a format perfect for Instagram carousels and X (formerly Twitter) buzz.
