I led 6 weekly sessions on Basic Python in Stanford's Code In Place

As a Section Leader for Code in Place,
Stanford University's free, human-centered intro-to-coding course:

• I led weekly sessions for a small group of diverse students.
• Facilitated hands-on Python coding practice and provided individualized attention to help students understand course materials
• Successfully guided students through the first half of Stanford's flagship CS106A Python course
• Enhanced interpersonal skills and engaging teaching methods while demonstrating mastery of fundamental Python principles

This cohort is my 4th time leading a section. What started as an opportunity to give back has grown into a powerful space where I’ve continually refined the art of teaching — learning to listen better, explain with empathy, and make complex ideas simple and joyful.
