Teaching Assistant — M.Tech

During my M.Tech program at National Institute of Technology Patna, I worked as a Teaching Assistant, supporting lab instruction and hands-on learning for M.Tech & MCA first-year students. The role involved coordination with a PhD instructor, with shared responsibility for conducting lab sessions, guiding students through practical exercises, and addressing conceptual gaps.

This experience strengthened my ability to facilitate learning in in-person and hybrid environments, adapt explanations to varied learning speeds, and support students through structured, practice-oriented instruction. It also provided early exposure to collaborative teaching workflows within an academic system.
