What this piece is:
A long-form, practical guide for founders and hiring managers on how to hire great Product Managers—covering demand trends, what “good” looks like, where to find PMs, how to interview them, and how to avoid bad hires.

What I did:

Planned the full outline and flow (from market context → defining needs → sourcing → interviewing → onboarding → mistakes).

Used AI to generate a base draft, then rewrote and reorganized it for clarity and logic.

Researched stats, salary ranges, and market trends and wove them into the narrative with links and references.

Created simple tables, checklists, and step-by-step sections to make it easy to skim and apply.

Edited the tone so it feels expert but still friendly and easy to read for non-PM audiences.
