Why I built it: 

Mental health matters to me. Most apps feel noisy or social-first. I wanted a private, kind, game-like space where small daily actions add up.

Solo-first: your headspace > social proof. No feeds, no comments, no AI โ€œtherapy.โ€

Tiny rituals, every day: short actions you can finish in seconds.

Kind stakes: motivate without shame (never punish a miss).

Clear language: warm, simple, human.

Accessible by default: readable type, AA contrast, reduced motion.

 

How it works
