Objective:
Develop a cohort-based product for educational institutions that helps colleges/institutes manage student portfolios, track student progress, and provide a structured pathway from learning to hiring.

What I worked on:
Created a detailed PRD for Fueler’s Learning Institute Cohort product, defining the business and user problems, target personas, product solution, and core user journey. Designed the product around institution-level cohort management, student portfolio tracking, assignments, Proof of Work, institute-branded portfolio pages, analytics, and hiring/discovery workflows.

The PRD also covers user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, event tracking, data privacy, admin responsibilities, onboarding scale, renewal/cancellation flows, pricing considerations, dependencies, infrastructure requirements, and rollout timelines.

My contribution:
Product research, problem definition, product strategy, feature specification, user stories, acceptance criteria, product flows, UX requirements, metrics, and PRD documentation.
