eBee is a local commerce platform aimed at users in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. It brings local products and services into a single digital experience. The prototype examines how conversational AI can simplify e-commerce. This allows users to find products, make decisions, manage their cart, and place orders using a chat-based interface instead of having to navigate multiple screens.
