This project focuses on a thorough sales performance analysis for Dior using mock data to evaluate both category-wise and product-wise performance, identify revenue-driving product segments, and understand key consumer purchasing patterns. It involves analyzing sales trends, seasonal demand fluctuations, regional performance, and product contribution, all using Excel-based analytical techniques and data visualization tools.
This self-initiated project strengthened my skills in data analysis and translate data into actionable business insights. I collected the unclean mock data using ChatGPT, performed data cleaning, then conducted a detailed analysis, and compiled the final presentation in MS Power Point, highlighting key insights, trends, and strategic recommendations.
