About the Project - Teerth is a real estate company based in Pune, Maharashtra. This project's name is Avila which is based out of Sus, Pune. And the client wanted us to design a brochure as per his requirements.

My Contribution - At the time, I was hired as a freelancer by The Design Trip (Digital Marketing Agency). They asked me to write clear copies for the brochure.

Flow of Work - 
1. Me and the design team first understood the requirements of the client and took all the landscape pics that would help us formulate an idea for presentation.
2. Once the requirements were understood, we started analysing their previous work to understand their brand colours and the way they present themselves with the message.
3. Then we analysed the competitors brochures and took inspiration from all over the internet.
4. Once the layout was mapped, I started writing the content of the brochure with all the technical aspects such as the space and the metrics.
5. Although, I also had to make it look simple, yet appealing and elegant, so I used my poetic language to describe how a person would feel like if they stayed in this house (evoking emotions through words).
