Developed a complete SEO strategy for Lodha Group, covering the analysis of current SEO issues, creation of detailed reports, and planning a structured 3-month optimisation roadmap. The assignment included preparing three key reports- SEO Diagnostic Report, Keyword Research Report, and Keyword Page Allocation Report- to identify technical gaps, on-page opportunities, and keyword relevance. Based on these findings, a 3-month action plan was created, outlining technical fixes, content improvements, metadata optimisation, and off-page recommendations to boost organic visibility and overall website performance.
