Competitor Research Assignment- Analysis for Lenskart, Zoom & The Whole Truth Foods

As part of my Digital Marketing training with MyCaptain, I completed an in-depth competitor research assignment comparing brands across product offerings, pricing, USPs, audience segments, and trust-building strategies. The analysis included benchmarking Lenskart, Zoom, and The Whole Truth Foods against other leading competitors to understand positioning, business models, feature differentiation, and market strengths.

The assignment enhanced my ability to evaluate competitors using structured data points such as website presence, brand communication, pricing, customer trust signals, and target demographics. This exercise strengthened my skills in competitive benchmarking, market insights extraction, and customer targeting- essential for developing informed marketing strategies and brand positioning decisions.
