- Led Windows System Team, Managing and handling all technical issues with systems checked by the Level 1 team. Managing a Team of L1s and providing them with technical and Quality training. Interacting with Users and concerning Level 2 Server teams.

- Worked with Internet ( Websense ) SCCM ( Remote ) and Security Team ( Symantec DLP ) for system monitoring to avoid Enterprise system crash caused by the software, analyzing the logs and proving the solutions accordingly.

- Worked as full-time support for Biometric issues ( On Field + Remote).

- Successfully Integrated Biometric solution with desktop and radius-based two-factor authentication for Desktops, Laptops, and Citrix. ( Remote + Manual deployment ).
