At Egis India Consulting Engineers Pvt Ltd, a French Engineering Consultancy, I spearheaded the implementation of ISO 9001. I wrote Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all the participating departments, organized and conducted audits, documented the findings, and submitted them to management along with suggested corrective steps. I ensured compliance with audit objections and more.

As part of ISO 9001, I identified certain challenges that the organization was facing. To overcome these challenges, I implemented the following process improvement initiatives:

• Courier Management System
• Correspondence Management System

These initiatives were aimed at streamlining the organization’s processes and improving its overall efficiency. I am proud to say that these initiatives have been successful in achieving their intended goals and have helped the organization to better serve its clients.
