I led user research to uncover pain points in loan application flows, onboarding, and repayment journeys, using interviews, analytics, and feedback loops. Based on insights, I designed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile, iterating rapidly to optimize friction points.
