Project title = Cracking the code : An Instagram audit for Snitch
This was a permissionless project—a self-initiated deep dive into the Instagram presence of Snitch, a fast-growing fashion e-commerce brand. With no formal brief, I took it upon myself to analyze their profile, uncover hidden opportunities, and craft a roadmap for growth.
The Good: A visually appealing feed with a loyal (but small) audience. Their product shots were stunning, but something was missing.
The Gaps:
A bio that didn’t clearly communicate their unique selling point.
Inconsistent posting schedules and low engagement rates.
Hashtags that were either too generic or irrelevant.
Missed opportunities to leverage user-generated content and trending topics.
Profile Makeover: A sharper bio, curated highlights, and a clear call-to-action to drive traffic.
Content Strategy: A mix of product showcases, behind-the-scenes content, and customer stories to humanize the brand.
Hashtag Overhaul: A blend of niche, trending, and branded hashtags to boost discoverability.
Engagement Boost: Tips to actively engage with followers, collaborate with micro-influencers, and run interactive stories/polls.
This project wasn’t just about numbers—it was about unlocking potential. By identifying what was working (and what wasn’t), I created a clear path for Snitch to grow its audience, increase engagement, and ultimately drive sales.
This permissionless audit wasn’t just an exercise—it was a testament to my ability to spot opportunities, think strategically, and deliver actionable insights, even without a formal brief.
